A team of highly experienced Executive Chefs, trained by Michelin Star and James Beard Award winners, provide members with distinctive dining experiences, including fresh and fascinating dishes made from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, many of which are sourced from Broken Oak Organic Farm at The Cliffs. The culinary scene pairs with a featured beverage program including one Certified Wine Specialists, two Certified Sommeliers and eleven Level One Certified Sommeliers. The Cliffs has been recognized by the Club Managers Association of America with an “Award of Merit” for its wine program. The Cliffs Annual Wine & Food Festival, IMBIBE, is now in its third year and offers members a ten-day compilation of wine and food experiences, ending with the Grand Tasting that features over 150 wines, local N.C. and S.C. breweries, international distilleries, and is open to the public.
