Adex Machining Technologies and the Greenville Area Development Corporation have announced a significant expansion of the company’s operations, including the addition of at least 10 high-salaried jobs, installation of upwards of $1 million in advanced CNC machining equipment, and aggressive growth initiatives to further the organization’s penetration in the aerospace, defense and energy industries.

The South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association (SCEDA) held its 46th Annual Conference May 4-6, 2011, at the Marriott Grande Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Marvin Moss, Executive Director of the Laurens County Development Commission, was named the 2011 SCEDA Local Developer of the Year. This award recognizes the hard work and dedication of local developers in South Carolina, who have made a significant difference in their community.
