Laurens County Water & Sewer Commission
The Laurens County Water and Sewer Commission (LCWSC) is a Special Purpose District that provides water and sewer service to most unincorporated areas of Laurens County and portions of southern Greenville County.
LCWSC endeavors to supply safe and reliable water and sewer service throughout Laurens County at the best possible rate for our residential and industrial customers. The LCWSC is committed to reinvesting these revenues to maintain and upgrade its system as needed to protect the public health, the environment and to provide the necessary infrastructure to support economic growth in Laurens County.
