Sage Automotive Interiors of Greenville has acquired the automotive fabric manufacturing assets of Poland-based Apo-Tessile.
The companies have previously worked together and a statement Thursday said the operation, now Sage Automotive Interiors Poland, is well situated to supply automotive cut and sew facilities in central and eastern Europe.

The Upstate SC Alliance Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, May 22nd for a board luncheon at the Presbyterian School of Pharmacy, located at 307 North Broad Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
The board meeting will begin at 12:00 pm and prior to the board meeting, executive committee will meet at 11:00 am for one hour at a location that will be announced at a later time.
