In 1982, we started out as a national executive search firm specializing in the apparel industry. As the economic climate changed, so did our business. So we expanded our focus to include IT recruiting and eventually temporary staffing.
As we continued to grow (over 1500% between 2002 – 2004), we recognized the opportunity to add more value to clients by offering more than just recruiting services. So in 2005 at the request of a client we created an Outplacement division for employees that are going through reductions in force and in 2007 we acquired Align HR, an HR consulting firm that provides the full suite of HR Consulting services to companies of all sizes.
An evolving company? Yes, and proud of it. We’re not content to remain stagnant. Our goal is to continually seek how we can better serve you as we help you build a great company.
