The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC) is Greenville County’s leading economic development agency. Our experienced team provides expert business development and economic assistance for industries in Greenville County, SC. Founded by the Greenville County Council in 2001, GADC has facilitated nearly 37,000 new jobs and over $7.7 billion in capital investment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for every Greenville County citizen by driving investment and job growth and acting as a liaison between client companies and local and state governments.
GADC collaborates with business executives, site selection consultants, community leaders, and government agencies to offer comprehensive resources and support key initiative to further the County’s economic growth. GADC’s services include educational and legislative programs, strategic research tools, and business development consulting. In addition, the GADC is the only organization at the local level with legislative authority to negotiate incentives for new and expanding companies.
